Walk this way (Parus major)

As far as aesthetics, this is pretty good. The analogous color scheme is very good, and the primary subject is quickly identifiable; the focus on this photograph is well done to express that subject, and the lighting is exceptionally good, though the front leaves could've been clearer to bring more unity to the piece. The angle is rather uncreative, but nonetheless effective. The tone is absolutely wonderful: The calmness of the natural element of leaves and the cool color scheme is contrasted by the energy expressed through the image of a bird, even further emphasizing the subject's presence. By strongly emphasizing the bird, the beholder's eyes are immediately drawn to it, and the branch it stands on goes outward to let the viewer explore the rest of the piece; however, this effect could have been stronger by the angle of the branch being more exaggerated. An angle from higher up looking downward might have achieved this.

Overall, I think this piece is wonderful. My only recommendation is to try to get even more creative with your angles and themes. Other than that, all I can say is to keep up the good work.
